About ODL Pallet Express

ODL Pallet Express is an on-demand pallet collection and delivery booking service. It gives businesses an instant, postcode-based quote for shipping palletised goods across the UK, with a choice of economy or next-day service. Customers enter their collection and delivery addresses, select their pallets, and the price is calculated immediately from our published rate card, so there are no hidden charges and no waiting for a callback. Standard and oversized pallets are both supported, along with optional extras for consignments that need a little more care.

The service is built for any business that ships palletised freight, from manufacturers and wholesalers to retailers and e-commerce sellers, whether you send one pallet a month or dozens every day. Once a booking is paid for online, it receives its own reference number and progress tracking, so you always know where your consignment stands, from collection through to delivery.

ODL Pallet Express is built and operated by Ondemand Limited, Unit 3a TMB Warehouse, Thetford Road, Ingham, Bury St Edmunds, IP31 1NR.
